The Osseo Maple Grove Basketball Association (OMGBA) is a volunteer group formed in the 1970's to provide the best basketball opportunities for youth in Osseo and Maple Grove High School attendance areas. We are proud of our programs that serve 2000+ youth and are always trying to improve, but we can use your help. We offer programs for 1st grade through 12th grade, boys and girls, including traveling programs for 4th grade through 8th grade.

Thank you for your continued support of the OMGBA!
The Maple Grove Community Gyms were built to serve the needs of the community during the day with Park & Rec Programs, the needs of District 279, and the needs of OMGBA during the evenings and weekends September - March. During the off-season (April-August) this facility will be rented out as means to allow OMGBA to raise the funds to pay-off their loan for the facility and pay the operating costs. Along with bringing some fantastic camps and clinics to the area and housing practice time for 5 major AAU programs, the facility will also host a variety of tournaments. These tournaments will be OMGBA's #1 fundraiser. In order to make these tournaments a success, volunteers are needed. Due to the difficulty in obtaining volunteers combined with the desire to have open gym time for our players, OMGBA is offering Volunteer Appreciation Open Gyms. On specific days and evenings June - August the facility will be open to all families (parents and children) that have signed-up and volunteered at one of our spring/summer tournaments. There will be a small fee charged to cover the building supervisor. Players and families will have the ability to scrimmage and practice individual drills in a comfortable, non-crowded, air conditioned environment. This opportunity is only available to families that volunteer for one of the tournaments below until OMGBA can formally set up an open gym program and has volunteers to run it. If you are interested in volunteering at one of these tournaments, please contact our volunteer coordinator at email@example.com for more information.
We are very excited to announce that after many years of hard work and planning, OMGBA, the City of Maple Grove, and School District 279 have partnered to build a new 3 Tournament Court (6 practice court) gymnasium complex. This facility is located just behind Maple Grove Junior High and is now complete! The city of Maple Grove and others will use the facility from 7:00am - 2:30pm, the District 279 will use the facility from 2:30pm - 5:30pm, and OMGBA will use the facility from 5:30pm - 10:00pm on days school is in session. OMGBA has use of the facility on all weekends and days school is not in session.
