Welcome to the Official Website of OMGBA
The Osseo Maple Grove Basketball Association (OMGBA) is a volunteer group formed in the 1970's to provide the best basketball opportunities for youth in Osseo and Maple Grove High School attendance areas. We are proud of our programs that serve 2000+ youth and are always trying to improve, but we can use your help. We offer programs for 1st grade through 12th grade, boys and girls, including traveling programs for 5th grade through 8th grade.

If you have missed registration and would like to check if there are any openings, please email admin@omgba.net with your childs name and grade.

OMGBA JERSEY NIGHT - MAPLE GROVE SENIOR HIGH
The boys and girls Maple Grove Varsity Basketball Teams will be hosting OMGBA youth night. All players will get in free with an OMGBA jersey on.
Boys OMGBA Night - January 17th against Coon Rapids at 7:00pm MGSH (3 point shooting contest at half-time, game sponsor is California Pizza Kitchen)
Girls OMGBA Night - January 30th against Andover at 7:00pm MGSH (Lots of shooting contests and great prizes will be given away - Put on by the MG Booster Club and the MG National Honor Society)

Recent Association News
Many interested and qualified coaching candidates.
The Traveling Basketball Coaches Selection Committee met with many qualified coaching candidates in May and selected coaches for most of the planned coaching positions for the upcoming traveling basketball season. “We continue to be fortunate to have many interested and qualified coaching candidates in our community. This again led to many tough coaching decisions,” said Jim Davison, Traveling Basketball Commissioner. “We still have openings at the 5th grade boys, 6th grade boys, 8th grade boys, and 6th grade girl’s levels.” Parents and other coaching candidates are encouraged to contact Jim Davison at travelingcommissioner@omgba.net if interested.

The 3rd Monday of every month (except July - no meeting) at the Maple Grove Community Center (except June - we meet offsite) at 7:00p.m. Open to the public. If you'd like to get on the agenda, email the president.
