Welcome to the Official Website of OMGBA

The Osseo Maple Grove Basketball Association (OMGBA) is a volunteer group formed in the early 1980's to provide the best basketball opportunities for youth in Osseo and Maple Grove High School attendance areas. We are proud of our programs that serve 2000+ youth and are always trying to improve, but we can use your help. We offer programs for 1st grade through 12th grade, boys and girls, including traveling programs for 5th grade through 8th grade.

OMGBA's Purpose

The Osseo Maple Grove Basketball Association (OMGBA) is a community volunteer group interested in providing basketball opportunities for youth in both the Osseo and Maple Grove High School attendance areas.

Volunteers Needed

We are also looking for help to keep this program solid and improving for our 2000 youth.

    • Scholastic Acheivement
    • Pictures
    • Trophies and Awards
  • 1st/2nd Grade Program Coordinator(s)
  • Concessions Manager(s)

For some of these positions, you do not necessarily need to join the board and regularly attend meetings, nor do you need to know much about basketball. Some of the positions can be divided up amongst several people, and some are very short lived, such as arranging for pictures in the fall.

Board Meetings

The 3rd Monday of every month (except July - no meeting) at the Maple Grove Community Center (except June - we meet offsite) at 7:00p.m. Open to the public. If you'd like to get on the agenda, email the president.
