The following OMGBA refund policy extends to all OMGBA program segments including Traveling, Elementary, Junior High House and Senior High leagues.

Refunds must be completed online (for participants that registered online)or by mail (for participants that registered in person or by mail).

The date entered online or post-marked date on the envelope is considered the date of the request. No refund requests for any reason will be processed for requests made on or after the date of the first game of the season (significant expenses have been incurred by the OMGBA by the time of the first game, as well as significant decisions regarding team composition). Otherwise, the following is applicable:

A refund of 100% will be made before the player's team membership is determined (less a 10% processing fee for online registrations).

A refund of 50% will be made for other than Traveling players after team membership is determined, but before the date of the team's first game (less a 10% processing fee for online registrations).

No Refund of late fees will be paid.

No refund will be made with regard to Traveling players once team membership has been determined.

Regardless of the date of the refund request, refunds requested via mail will not be processed until the end of January. Refunds are payable to the signature and address on the original registration form. If the signature is not legible, the refund shall be payable to the first parent / guardian name on the original registration form.
