Osseo Maple Grove Basketball Association

OMGBA gives recognition to those players who not only show their basketball talents on the court, but also show their talents and hard work in the classroom. OMGBA will recognize all players that achieve a 3.0 (B / comparable) grade average for their first grading period (plus and minus do not count in averaging).

All registered players, grades 4 through 8, are eligible to apply for this recognition.

PROCEDURE

A parent/guardian needs to fill out the online achievement form verifying a GPA of 3.0 by January 31st, 2011.

AWARDS:

A printable Scholastic Achievement certificate in the athletes name will be sent to the email address provided on the achievement form.
