Serves as President in the President's absence, heir apparent to the president.

1. The Vice President shall be considered the Presidential heir apparent for the following election term. 
2. The Vice President will serve as the President in the President's absence.
3. The Vice President shall be a member of the Executive Committee and assist with Presidential duites.

4. Review the Traveling Coaches Background Checks and recommends action for President and Executive Committee.

The Vice President is elected by a majority vote of the Board members present for the April Meeting and takes over following the conclusion of the meeting.
