Work with grade level coordinators for grades 1 - 6 to organize coaching/players for elementary house season.

1. Work with President to place on calendar registration dates, coaches meeting dates,, and 5th/6th grade tryout dates.
2. Work with President to find grade coordinators for boys/girls grades 3 - 6 and at least 1 coordinator for 1st/2nd grade.
3. Work registration is May/September.  Make sure coordinators are getting coahces.  Also filling teams to 8 for 3^rd grade and 10 from 4 - 6 grades with even number of teams.
4. Answer OMGBA voice mail for Elementary Commissioner.
5. Coordinate the 3rd/4th grade coaches meeting in September and the 5th/6th grade meeting in December including:
1. Working with uniform coordinator to get coaches shirts and players jerseys to meeting.
2. Ask Referee Coordinator to discuss rule
3. Ask Player Recognition Board member to discuss Scholastic Achievement and Picture Day.
4. Have the following copies prepared and handouts ready.
1. Picture Packets (obtained from player recognition person)
2. Skills Improvement for 4rd to 5th grade
3. Rules for applicable grade
4. Grade specific score sheets
5. Memo from committee board regarding conduct of player/parents
5. Work with scheduler to block gym space for games.  Referee Coordinator should also be consulted.  If we can fit 4 leagues into 3 gyms.  4th grade boys first 3 - 4 games should be Friday to avoid Football conflict.  The Grade Coordinators should be given the gyms prior to meeting and should have seasons schedules for games and prepared to hand out.
6. Work with scheduler so practices can be handed out at coaches meeting.
6. Copy and hand out year end evaluations so Grade Coordinators can forward to teams.
