The Osseo Maple Grove Basketball Association (OMGBA) is a volunteer group formed in the 1970's to provide the best basketball opportunities for youth in Osseo and Maple Grove High School attendance areas. We are proud of our programs that serve 2000+ youth and are always trying to improve, but we can use your help. We offer programs for Kindergarten through 12th grade, boys and girls, including traveling programs for 4th grade through 8th grade.
OMGBA will be working with District 279 and MYAS as well as following guidelines set by the Minnesota Department of Health and Education to safely bring youth basketball back to our kids. We couldn't be more excited to provide an opportunity for our young athletes to return to competition on the court, however that may look different for the 2020-21 season.
As of today, OMGBA is planning to offer all programs K-12. Although the safety guidelines continue to evolve, we will adjust our programs to comply with all mandatory and best practices provided to us. There will be more information coming out related to facilities, social distancing, face coverings, contact, symptom assessments, sanitizing, snacks & drinks, spectator seating, contact tracing & isolation criteria. Everyone's knowledge and adherence to these guidelines will help assure a successful and healthy season.

The OMGBA Board consists of 40 members that support over 2600 kids in grade K-12. These volunteers cover everything including coordinating programs, equipment, uniforms, awards, schedules, registration, tournaments etc... Without these valuable people, OMGBA would not be able to be one of the largest and most successful youth programs in the state. We would love to have you join our team next season. We will have several openings in various areas and levels. If interested please email firstname.lastname@example.org
