OMGBA REFUND POLICY & PROCEDURE

Refund Request Procedure

Please read House and Travel refund policy below prior to submitting your request.

  • Send email titled "Refund Request" for (NAME) to registration@omgba.net
  • Include player’s name, grade, gender, coach’s name (if known), your name, your address, phone number, email address and reason you are requesting a refund
  • The date of the refund is the date the email request is received by OMGBA or the uniform/T-shirt is turned in (whichever is later)
  • Electronic refunds will be processed to the account used for registration. If the refund needs to be processed in check form on behalf of OMGBA, you will be notified.

House Refund Policy

PROGRAMS FOR GRADES K-2:

  • All canceled registrations or refund requests are less a $15 administration fee
  • Once teams are formed, a refund of 50% will be returned after the administration fee is taken out.
  • No refunds after the first Saturday session
  • There are NO exceptions to the House Refund Policy

PROGRAMS FOR GRADES 3-12:

  • All canceled registrations or refund requests are less a $25 administration fee
  • Once teams are formed or a draft is held, a refund of 50% will be returned after the administration fee is taken out.
  • No refund request will be granted with regard to House League players that are removed from a draft  for not following draft guidelines
  • No refunds once House League games begin 
  • There are NO exceptions to the House Refund Policy

Travel Refund Policy

  • Travel registrants that attend travel tryouts and are not placed on a team are registered to play in the House League. Although house league teams have not been formed, these players will receive a 50% refund (after deducting the administration fee) prior to the house league draft if they choose to leave OMGBA.
  • NO refund for travel players once team membership has been determined (making a team and choosing not to play or unable to play due to injury during season)
  • There are NO exceptions to the Travel Refund Policy

Scholarship players will only receive a refund prior to team formation and based on amount paid. Processing fees still apply.

Note on Travel Tournaments

Should any tournament be cancelled due to any reason (including COVID-19), OMGBA will attempt to obtain a refund from the organization and either put money toward another tournament (if possible) or refund tournament fees to the team coach for dispersal to each child. Should an OMGBA team you are on have to forfeit due to any reason (including COVID-19), typically those are non-refundable
