Website Coordinator Job Description

Description

Maintains the web site and answers questions about the site. Helps families and board members get access.  Assigns travel teams to team pages. Deals with refund and returned checks at the direction of OMGBA administrator. 

Responsibilities

  • Attend monthly OMGBA board meetings August - June.
  • Create team pages for all OMGBA house and travel teams.
  • Roster all travel teams for OMGBA within 24 hours of teams being posted after tryouts are complete. 
  • Ensure that all coaches (house & travel) have access to their respective team page. 
  • House team coaches will roster their own teams.
  • Process refunds via SportsEngine at the direction of the OMGBA administrator.
  • Help troubleshoot any team page issues for parents/guardians and players as needed.
