Coaches:
Step 1: If you do not already have a SportsEngine account, you'll need to create one for yourself by registering an account. If you currently have a SportsEngine account, make sure the account is connected to the OMGBA website. Click on the initials of your account in the upper right corner of the website, then click on "Connect to Site".
Step 2: Email webmaster@omgba.net your username and email address on your SportsEngine account and the team you are coaching. Team example, TRAVEL Boys 8BII, TRAVEL Girls 8GI, HOUSE B401 or HOUSE G401.
Step 3: Wait for email confirmation indicating that your team page has been set up and you've been granted access.
If you have a team manager or parent you'd like to give editing access to, have them follow step 1 and step 2 - just email me their name and it is okay for them to edit.
Step 4: The coach or designated editor can then log in, go to the team page and edit them by clicking on "Edit Mode". "Edit Mode" will be on the upper left side tool bar in light gray once you are on your team page if you have editing access to that page. Editing is pretty straight forward, but contact webmaster@omgba.net if you have any questions. DO NOT EDIT THE TEAM NUMBER TO A TEAM NAME ON THE WEBSITE. IT IS IMPORTANT TO IDENTIFY TEAMS BY THE ASSIGNED TEAM NUMBER.
Practice schedules can be found on the individual team page calendars. Click on "View All" to see the entire month. Practice schedules are uploaded monthly once teams are formed and the coaches meeting has taken place.
All teams will play 6 games with one double header Saturday and 2-4 games in the end of season tournament. (Game schedules can be added to team calendars by coaches if they wish)
Teams listed 1st on the schedule will wear BLACK jersey.
Teams listed 2nd on the schedule will wear WHITE jersey.
Brackets will be posted with teams after the final Saturday games.
There will be an upper and lower bracket for 3rd & 4th grade boys based on record.
