The volunteer coordinator manages the DIBS program and communicates DIBS requirements to all traveling families.

Travel Tournament volunteers

• Support Travel Coaches and Parent meetings to explain DIBS and answer questions
• Coordinate and collect DIBS checks from Travel Coaches on team meeting nights
• Coordinate with Concessions lead and Tournament Directors to create and fill volunteer positions
• Create DIBS sign up for Girls and Boys Tournaments
• Monitor and reconcile DIBS sign up - reach out to volunteers as needed
• Coordinate Site Supervisor shifts for each tournament
• Create and distribute Volunteer sign in sheets for each location and day of the tournament
• Hire positions that are not filled 
• Once tournaments are completed, reconcile and confirm DIBs completion/incompletion of families

Other responsibilities

• Attend monthly board meetings
• Keep DIBs/Volunteer information up to date on website and handouts
• Support OMGBA events as needed to represent as a Board Member
