The 7th and 8th grade house league program is the Junior High program for both the new basketball player and intermediate players, while promoting a love for the game. The Junior High house teams play games against other house teams in the Northwest Suburban area and could have games in Champlin, Anoka, Brooklyn Park, Fridley, and Osseo / Maple Grove. Junior High House teams play in three tournaments; Brooklyn Park (December 11-13), Maple Grove (February 12-14), and the end of the season tournament (March 6-7).
The season runs from November to early March, with team selection by an OMGBA league draft . Games are generally played on Saturdays, and practices are held during the week. There will be one practice a week (extra practice time may be available depending on school availability). Practices are 1 hour and 20 minutes long and can be held on any week day night from 6:00pm to 10:00pm.
On-line registration is available during the sign-up period. An in person registration is available (see registration page), however teams may have been formed by this time and space may be limited.
